Job Summary:

The role will provide crucial support to sales team in terms of generating leads and sending techno-commercial offers

Key Result Areas:

  • To do active lead generation on daily basis as per the agreed script.
  • To set up sales meetings for Hunters.
  • To make techno-commercial offers for Hunters and share with them.
  • To track all positive leads till closure and make real time data available on google drive.

.Key Activities:

  • To make minimum 100 calls per day from the available data base for assigned geography with no more than 30 repeat calls.
  • To have minimum 50 productive calls per day.
  • To set up minimum 2 meetings for sales people per day.
  • To share error free techno-commercial offers for respective sales people as per TAT.
  • To explore various sources and generate leads in case the data provided by the company gets exhausted.

Key Competencies Required

Functional:

Tele-calling experience for min 1 years.

Basic Selling skills

 

Behavioral:

 Excellent communication skills- English, Hindi,  Telugu/Kannada (Optional)

Task orientated.

Educational:

Any Graduate or 12th Pass
